Krras Newton Series
The Newton series press brakes are one of the fastest hydraulic press brakes on the market today. With an approach speed of 7.8″ per second, this machine can produce parts at a very fast pace. The operator does not waist valuable time waiting on the tooling to reach the part being bent. with in a second the tooling is on the part and bending. This machine also incorporates a high speed return rate of 6″ per second, which moves the ram out of the way to move the part to it’s next bend quickly! We use a Delem CNC control to operate the standard 3 axis (X, Y1, & Y2). We also can add other axis to meet your needs (R, Z1 & Z2) Krras uses the best components and common parts. Krras CNC Press Brakes Model “Newton” incorporates DELEM controls offers not only fail safe operation of the vital operations of the machine, but also offer the operator considerable assistance in carrying out the entire bending process.
All “Newton” Models are servo-proportional
driven machines with micro-electronics ensuring perfect control of the bending process. The position, speed and pressing force of the Ram are controlled in a closed circuit at every point in the work cycle. The position of the Ram is controlled by two digital high precision linear scales. These linear scales are mounted on a independent C-frame on both side of the machine to prevent deformation of the Press Frame for accurate bending depth or bending angle. The System is designed to allow for the
programming of Ram tilting without causing any guiding stress.
DELEM uses a user-friendly graphics editor
for quick and simple programming. Once the
computer knows the profile of the job, it will
automatically calculate the optimum
sequence for the job, the total length of the
workpiece needed, the bending depth and the amount of pressure needed. This offers
protection against overloading of the tooling.
To increase work productivity, the computer
recognizes the geometry of the work piece at
every bend. The computer will alert the
operator if there is any collusion between the
workpiece and the machine. In addition, the
computer will open the Ram just enough for
the work piece to taken out at every different stage of the bend. This drastically reduces operators waste time and increase
productivity.
The complete hydraulic system is mounted on
DA-65 and an internal gear pump. This arrangement block has an in-built high cleaning pressure filter machine from frequent maintenance operations
