The Slear-3 is a fully automated heavy-duty Cut-to-Length and Multi-Blanking line.

*Closed loop servomotor drive ensures highly accurate blanks from coil stock, up to 3/16″ (5,0 mm) thick and up to 72″ (1830 mm) wide with blank length tolerances of +/- .015 (0,4 mm).

*Variable speed drive supplies continuous product output from 15 ft./min (4,6 m/min) to 250 ft/min (76 m/min).

*Adjustable slitter knives with operator access are easily and quickly positioned.

*Industrial PC controls allow one operator and a helper to monitor and run the entire line.

A host of accessories are available for the Slear-3 to to custom fit the users exacting blanking needs.
