The One Piece Base Is Meehanite, Heavily Ribbed Double Wall With Integral Box Ways That Are Induction Hardened And Ground. The High Precision Ballscrews Are Driven By AC Digital Servo Motors.
The Spindles Are Available 3″ Or 4″, Supported By Three C-7 Angular Contact Bearings, And Driven By A 2-Speed Gearbox With World Class Quality Alloy Steel Precision Ground Gears. A Re-Circulating Oil Chiller Unit Keeps the headstock Temperature Constant, Further Insuring Excellent Accuracies. These machines Are Available With A Wide Array Of Options For A Variety Of manufacturing Needs. FANUC Control System And AC Digital Drives Are Standard, But Other Control Systems Can Be Specified.
