It is possible to cut both the length and width of the material by fitting the machine with two rotating (+ 0° - 90°) blade guides. To cut the width, the head stays in a fixed position defined by the cutting line; the feeding is achieved by the advancement of the shuttle. Shuttle movement is adjustable from the control panel via a potentiometer.Models include the SVC 6300 and SVC 8300 and come in super automatic mode.Standard Features: Operator has the ability to cut in two directions without moving the material - Head contains three cast iron band wheels driven by a vector motor - Material feeding is made on ball screws and is actuated by a vector motor - PLC control, capable of programming up to 400 cutting jobs - Vises operate on linear bearings with vector motors.
