If you have trouble with any of your machines, just contact our service department and we’ll get the problem solved. Even if you didn’t purchase the machine from us, we will still service it.

Our service department is staffed weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm (Mountain Time). If you are contacting us after business hours, your request will be handled as soon as possible on the next business day.

The Bud’s Machine Tools service department is staffed by factory-trained technicians with over 60 years of combined experience in the installation, repair, adjustment, service, upgrade and maintenance of metal-working equipment of all kinds.

Our technicians are trained in mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, CNC and CAM programming.

Whenever possible our technicians try to solve problems over the phone and we will always provide prompt service and cost effective solutions.

Before you purchase a machine, our technicians can advise you on site preparation, so you can make sure your foundation provides the proper support for the equipment you are purchasing. Our technicians will check to make certain you have adequate sources for electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic power.

A Bud’s Machine Tools service technician can come to your site and install your new equipment for you. Installation services include machine set-up and calibration to standard performance specifications and testing. During an installation visit, our technicians will work closely with your machine operators to train them on the equipment using your actual production parts.

Our technicians also service used equipment. Service calls to your site are billed on an hourly basis plus travel time and expenses.
